Article 1 - General

The hififrancecinema.com site (or https://www.hififrancecinema.com) is the property of the company HIFI France Cinéma, whose head office is located at 31 bis, rue de Meaux, 77580 Sancy les Meaux and will be defined as seller.

The buyer is defined below as being the company or the person signing and accepting these conditions of sale.

Any order validated on our site constitutes acceptance of the latter, the purpose of which is to define the sales regime and the rights and obligations arising therefrom.

These general conditions of sale may be modified at any time and without notice by hififrancecinema.com, the modifications then being applicable to all subsequent orders.

Article 2 - The products

All our products, in particular those intended for destocking or open stock, are described with the greatest possible precision; if errors are introduced, in no case the responsibility of hififrancecinema.com can not be engaged.

Manufacturers may change the technical composition of product references without notice.

hififrancecinema.com reserves the right to withdraw its products from sale.

The photographs remain the property of hififrancecinema.com.

Article 3 - Orders

To validate an order, you can either place it as a guest or register.

To do this, a form must be completed in order to fill in the information necessary for your identification.

You then definitively validate your order by clicking on the button "Order with payment obligation", so the sale is deemed concluded (agreement on the goods and the price).

An email is generated and sent to the address indicated on your customer account to confirm that your order has been taken into account.

​

The order placed on our site is automatically canceled if payment is not received.

For any request to modify or cancel your order, you are invited to contact our customer service by email or phone.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment can be made, at the customer's choice:

​

• By credit card

• by bank transfer (bank code: 10278 - counter code: 06445 - account number: 00021068101 - RIB key: 26)

• by Paypal

Payment by credit card is secured using SSL protocol. No credit card data will be kept by the seller, nor will it pass through its servers.

Article 5 - Transport

Delivery is made to the address specified when ordering. Address errors will therefore be attributable to the buyer and the seller declines all responsibility in the event of an error in the delivery address.

The carrier will be at your choice and depending on the type of product: La Poste, UPS ...

​

For any order outside mainland France, please contact us to establish a quote.

Otherwise and if the transport cost is reasonable, we will opt for La Poste.

​

A telephone number is required so that the carrier can contact the buyer.

The reception of the goods must be carried out in the presence of the delivery person.

In the event of an anomaly, the buyer must make reservations detailed on the delivery note and confirm them within three clear days by email or letter to the seller, or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the carrier himself.

Goods accepted without reservations by the recipient at the time of delivery are deemed to have arrived in good condition and in their entirety. No claim can be supported by the seller and the seller can not be held responsible.

Article 6 - The price

Prices are indicated and payable in euros, VAT included at the rate in force in France.

Any order destined for the French overseas departments and territories or Corsica will be subject to an increase in shipping costs depending on the weight of the order.

Any order delivered outside mainland France may be subject to any local taxes, customs duties, sea dues and customs clearance costs upon delivery.

The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply to the customer the prices displayed on the site on the day of his order after validation and registration of his order.

Any order for which delivery is made outside mainland France must be requested by email or telephone to HIFI France Cinéma.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

From the date of delivery of your order, if you are an individual, you have 14 clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal by returning the package to us within this period.

The buyer must return the products in their original condition and packaging. The return of goods is made at the expense and risk of the buyer (you are therefore advised to declare the value of the goods and to take out insurance covering these risks).

After verification of the goods by our technical department and after agreement from the latter, a request for reimbursement will be made to the accounting department of HIFI France Cinéma.

Article 8 - Guarantee and after-sales service

All products are guaranteed for the duration specified on the product sheet from the day of product delivery.

The product must be returned to the seller using an appropriate carrier allowing tracking if necessary and with insurance on the product at the buyer's expense.

​

The seller's warranty is limited to the repair, replacement or reimbursement in value of goods recognized as defective by the seller, taking into account the use that has been made of them and this at the seller's free choice.

The seller only undertakes to ensure the replacement of defective parts and the repair of damage to the goods supplied to the buyer by him.

Article 9 - Applicable law

This agreement is subject to French law.

The language of this contract is French.

In the event of a dispute, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Meaux in the jurisdiction of which the seller's head office is located, regardless of the conditions of sale and the method of payment accepted.
